Hi everyone. I’m Ronald McGlone
Independent Conflict Resolution Workplace Mediator and Team Building Coach.

My background is in education. Before becoming a mediator, I worked as the District Ombudsman with the most significant public school district in Washington State for 25 years. As the district Ombudsperson, I identified, addressed, investigated, and de-escalated informal complaints against the school district from employees, students, parents, families, community members, and stakeholders. Redirect formal complaints against the district from employees involving EE0, HIB, Threats of violence, and Civil and Human Rights concerns.

I’ve been a Certified Mediator for over ten years, mediating disputes and complaints for profits and non-profit organizations. Most recently, I’ve been working as an independent mediator with the American Federation of Government Employees and Women and Fair Practices Departments (AFGE/WFP) 's Conflict Resolution Program.

Team building is a starting point, not an endpoint when addressing conflict within the workplace. Offering team building is another option to flush out employee issues before conflict takes hold and potentially derails your organization’s objectives.
